  • Post Dated Check ( we can refer to  our accredited bank provided with an endorsement letter from our Credits and Collection Head)
  • PAG-ibig Orientation  will be done on or before reservation made. (Schedule: Thu. 6pm or Sat. 9am)

  • 2 Valid IDs for borrower
  • 2 Valid IDs for spouse
  • 5 pcs 1×1 ID picture ( white background)
  • NSO Birth Cert and NSO Marriage Cert.
  • Proof of Billing (like Water bill, Light Bill, PLDT bill, Sky Cable bill, Credit Card bill, Globe bill etc)
  • Approved MSVS from PAG-ibig ( we can assist for pre-approval provided with Authorization Letter with valid ID)
  • Post Dated Check
  • PAG-ibig Orientation

Note:

  • 24 months contribution of Pag-ibig are top priority, lumpsum payment for contributions are acceptable or even incomplete contribution are allow to pay the remaining  contribution.
  • Monthly amortization shall be collected its either, thru Over-the-counter (cash or check), Salary deduction or Post Dated Check

    good afternoon! ask ko lng po possible pa po ba kami mka kuha ng bahay sa deca home catakunan kasi nka kuha po kami sa deca home mintal under sa name ko pero pina assume namin nung 2010 ngayon plano namin kumuha dito sa deca home catalunan.

      hi ms jen, yes pwede po kayo makakuha ulit, basta yung nakaassume ng property is updated po yung payment niya, kung baga hindi po niya pinaforclosue yung property niyo. Maganda ang location namin ngayon sa Catalunan Grande kasi malapit lang ito sa downtown….

      Hi ms Karen, depende po kasi sa area na mapili niyo, though everyday even night and holidays ongoing talaga ang constructions ng units… as of todate. meron na kaming mga units na patapos na po cya.
